This service is for organisations that have some form of internal HR provision. Typically you employ a HR person to look after the administrational and day to day aspects of your workforce. They may be fairly new to HR, limited in the types of organisations they have worked for, or working towards a CIPD Professional qualification. They typically come across HR problems that they have not encountered before and would value being able to talk these through with someone more experienced. We will mentor them and use coaching skills to help them find their own solutions, building both their competence in HR and confidence.
