HR Packages designed to flex with the changing needs of your business

We offer a wide range of Professional HR Services suitable for either businesses with no current HR Provision or businesses that need to call on extra HR support to enhance their existing HR provision. Whatever size, industry or organisation change climate you can call on us for all your HR needs or you may just need a little extra support for individual HR cases when they arise. Whichever you choose we will provide valuable people solutions that are right for your business.

We recognise the complexities of employing people and that the world of work and business is constantly evolving. That’s why we have designed a number of HR Packages to meet the changing demands of your business and to reflect the different levels of skill and thinking required from an HR Professional. Our Fees

Fixed Fees for our HR Fundamentals – some of the work we do is chargeable for a fixed fee. We will always send you a quote for this work before we complete it. Examples of our fixed fee work:

Our Consultancy services are chargeable on a flexible basis depending on your specific needs. We can provide dedicated HR management through one of our HR Consultants acting as your in-house HR Business Partner or we can provide support and guidance at a distance acting as your ‘phone a friend’. You can flex in and out of dedicated or distanced support depending on your competence with the HR matter in question.
You can choose to pay for our services on either of the following basis:

Pay As You Go

Simply put, you can pay for our services as and when you need them. We will keep track of all time spent on your account and you simply pay us for the HR Services you use and consultancy hours worked each month.  We can provide estimates of our time in advance for most work when required.

Retained Services

Optional hours or days can be purchased on a quarterly basis to fit in with your business planning, change climate and budget.  We recommended purchasing in blocks of 3 months, enabling you to look ahead at the next quarter in your business and focus your HR needs to match your forthcoming challenges.

HR Project Management

From complete design, implementation and delivery to a review and evaluation post implementation, we can deliver targeted HR projects to timeframes that match your business needs.  We will work with you to identify timescales, plans and costings to meet your be-spoke HR Project needs.
