We can be your virtual HR Director, making sure that your people strategies are aligned with your organisations business plan. We will mentor and support business owners and managers through transformation and change. We are specialists in Organisation Design and Development, Employee Engagement and Workforce Planning. We work with clients in a growth phase to embed HR practices. Equally we work with clients in complex change environments, leading on restructuring, redundancy and TUPE transfers.
We can attend Board or SMT meetings on a regular or quarterly basis.
You may already employ an HR Professional and value either additional support at Board level or the insights that an external perspective can bring. Resourcing your HR support in this way means that you gain the value of a HR Director without the full-time cost.
