Commissioning HR developed a communication strategy for the lead manager to present to the workforce. As there were less than 20 employees, individual consultation processes and communications were developed.

The lead manager was fully briefed on how to handle each stage of the process. This ensured that the organisation was legally compliant and open to a meaningful and fair consultation process. Written documentation was provided by Commissioning HR for each employee based on their individual circumstances.
